This are photos from the Burial of the 5 officers of the Nigeria Air force who died in the Borno Helicopter crash last week Thursday The crash officers are Flight Lieutenant Perowei Jacob who was 32– Pilot in Command, Flight Lieutenant Kaltho Paul Kilyofas – Co pilot who was 29, Sergeant Auwal Ibrahim – Flight Technician 30years, Lance Corporal Adamu Nura – Gunner 27-years and Aircraftman Meshack Ishmael – Gunner, 25years  The officers died while providing support for troops fighting Boko Haram terrorist  The officers where buried at an Abuja Cemetery. 2019 Election: President Buhari is still consulting widely on re-election bid - Senator Kurfi

Senator Umaru Ibrahim Kurf i representing Katsina Central has explained why  President Muhammadu Buhari  is bidding for more time  to decide on his re-election bid, saying the president is consulting widely at the moment.  Kurfi who is the vice chairman of the Senate committee on Finance also said majority of the Senators are fully behind Buhari to actualise his second term bid.  President Buhari had on Thursday night had met state governors under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who urged him to declare his intention to contest in 2019 Speaking in Abuja at the closing ceremony of a one week leadership training programme organised by the National Committee of Buhari Support Groups (NCBSG) for its coordinators nationwide, Senator Kurfi noted that the president's response to the governors' demand was a wise one,  as he is still making wider consultation on his second term bid.    He said, "f or Buhari to say governors ...

Orji Uzor Kalu, the former governor of Abia State has come out of explained that he has no plans to defect to PDP that he would rather quite politics  The former governor claims that his Party, APC remains the only political party to save Nigeria from the atrocities of the previous administration and ask fake news spreaders to stop. Read below  “My attention has been drawn to a news report in some online media that I am set to dump the APC for the PDP. The malicious report is not only laughable but mischievous. This is another attempt by enemies of progress to cause disaffection and confusion in the APC. I remain a solid and committed member of the APC.
