Wow how cute? Xerona the first Daughter of Donald Duke, former governor of Cross River State and Presidential aspirant and  her husband  Derin Philips just welcomed a new baby. We are not sure of the sex yet. Her husband shared the photo on his Instagram page. This will be Donald Duke first grand child
