Graphic photos: Cross River APC's chapter Dr Matthew Achigbe has died

This is really sad news to report, the fraction chapter chairman APC Cross River State that produces Owan Enoh as flag bearer has died. He was involved in a fatal motor accident along abochiche road while returning back from a a party function. This is happening barely one month after the party lost two of its members, one chairmanship aspirants and one House of Assembly aspirants in the same motor accident. May there souls rest in peace.
